Judee Sill was a California singer-songwriter who released two albums before dying of a drug overdose in 1979. On September 22, American Dust will release Crayon Angel: A Tribute to the Music of Judee Sill, with covers from Final Fantasy, Marissa Nadler, Bill Callahan, and more.

Daniel Rossen of Grizzly Bear and Department of Eagles contributes this cover of Sill’s “Waterfall”.
